I have sent all coaches a text, if I see any parent who is not an official coach, representative or first aider from any club ( only two coaches are allowed per team per game on pitches )
on any pitch at any time without reason from kick off, to end of the
games, as we all have a duty of care to all children and I take this
very seriously indeed.
I
will be imposing a £ 1.00 fine per person and the clubs or coaches
will have to pay for it, if they do not agree with this they are free
to pull their team or teams out.
All
coaches have a very important part to play in keeping the pitches,
parents and people free, the pitches are there for the children to play
as safe as possible but it's also there for coaches to help the children
develop their players.

Can I ask everyone to please only park in the designated areas at Playfootball, you may think it's ok to park anywhere, but God help us, if we need to get an emergency vehicle to respond to an incident at the venue. TYVM.

Coaches will need to have a Leaders Award or working towards it, a CRB and Clubs Will Need To Have Their Own Insurance.
If
you don't have a Leaders Award or a CRB, please don't let that put you
off coaching a club or team, as FAW Trust representatives like Rob
Thomas is more than helpful and would help you to get a Leaders Award
and a CRB completed and I am sure, If you are a volunteer, you may get
the CRB done for free.
Once you have played your fixtures, feel free to organise a friendly or two.
Fixtures will be drawn and on here by the Friday prior to the Soccer Sunday.
Please
do not worry about safety issues, as it's only 1 pitch on each 5 - a -
side court, all pitches are state of the art 3G surfaces, which will not
cause friction burns or cuts to children if they fall.
