eat like a champion programme, ( 4 and 5 day courses only )
Clothing and Equipment
When a youngster attends a Reeco's Soccer Schools Course, they will need to bring adequate clothing for the conditions as well as adequate footwear for the surface e.g.: Football boots for grass and trainers for indoor sports halls or school yards.
I have been on numerous courses in the winter months where a youngster has been freezing cold because they were only wearing a football kit. Children lose body heat much quicker than adults. To see a youngster standing underneath a hand dryer trying to keep warm is a painful sight. On a cold day it maybe nice to send them with a flask of tea or soup to warm them up if need be, not forgetting a drink as fluid intake for the activities.
Please send your youngster to my course with a rain jacket or lightweight coat, tracksuit or a jogging outfit, as well as a change of clothes in case of rain and a towel to dry their hair.
I would also like you to borrow or buy a pair of shin pads - they don't cost a lot and could save your youngster from some unwanted bruises from accidental kicks or mistimed tackles. Adequate footwear would be advantageous as on a wet grassy surface children may slip or even fall, if they are only wearing trainers.
If it is a sunny day, please give them some sun block.

5. Try to do the best you can because respect is earned in such a way.
6. Play by the Laws of the Game.
7. Control your temper and use your energies for taking part in the sessions.

Medical Requirements and Needs
Please read the following very carefully, thank you.
I will need to know in advance if any youngster has any medical conditions or is likely to need medical requirements on any Reeco's Soccer Schools courses.
E.g ; Epipens for serious allergies, Pumps for asthma, injections for diabetes or allergies.
This is of vital importance to my coaches and myself.
If you have a financial situation that may stop your son or daughter coming on a course, please speak to me, as I am a reasonable man, and if it means that much to them to attend a course then I am sure we can both sort out something, as long as you give me your word that you will pay me when you have the finances to do so.
