The Coaches

I am very proud to announce that Lee Morgan

( ex Swansea City FC ) has just joined Reeco's Soccer Schools, and I am over the moon at his decision, It's really hard to express how I feel about Lee as a person and a coach but he is different class and his coaching ability is second to none, and I feel very fortunate indeed to have him work along side myself once again.

I have recently joined Reeco's soccer schools from Swansea City FC.  I worked at Swansea city FC for 10 years and during that time I worked in the club's Centre Of Excellence under Malcolm Elias, Jeremy Charles and Paul Compton.  During my time with the Centre Of Excellence, I had the pleasure of working with many talented youngsters that included Chris Jones and Shaun McDonald who are now both part of Swansea City's First Team Squad.  I have also worked with some of the players who are now part of the current Swansea City Youth Team.  Also during My time at Swansea City FC I worked in the club's community department and the club's development structure.  In the past year I have been nominated for the Sports Council For Wales Coach Of The Year Award.  At Present I am also the coach of Birchgrove Colts u14's and have worked with the players since the age of 6.  I am currently awaiting assessment on my UEFA 'C' certificate and I will be looking to progress My coach education at any opportunity so that I can help to develop players and provide them with the best technical knowledge available.  I believe that players should be given the best coaching possible in a positive, encouraging environment, with lots of praise whilst encouraging players to make the correct decisions in practices and game related situations with no pressure on them.  I have joined Reeco's Soccer Schools as i believe that the above goals can be achieved with Reeco's Soccer Schools.  When Reeco gave me the opportunity to work alongside him again, I was very honoured.  I am also honoured to think that Reeco felt that I had the experience and knowledge to develop all the children that I work with on courses and in schools.

I知 currently studying Sports Science in Swansea University. I致e also studied a BTEC national diploma in Sports and Exercise Science. I still enjoy to play football, playing for Mumbles Rangers and the University team. You may have noticed that sport and football is all I have ever been interested in. Therefore, when Reeco gave me the opportunity to coach I took it. Coaching is an area I am looking in to pursuing further after my degree. I still enjoy to play football, playing for Mumbles Rangers and the University team.

When I was asked to join Reeco痴 Soccer Schools as a coach. I had no hesitation in joining as I heard Reeco was one of the most dedicated and considerate coaches around. This was also a fine opportunity to pass my ideas about the game to the up and coming youth of today.

I知 currently studying in Gorseinon College P.E A値evel Fast track and have achieved a Btec National Diploma in Sports Development and Coaching. I have been playing the game since the age of 6 and still enjoying it to the present day. I played most of my junior football for Llanelli A.F.C then when I entered youth football I played for Llanelli and Garden Village. Now I知 playing in the Carmarthenshire League for Trallwm A.F.C and also I play for the College Academy football team.

As you can tell I知 really passionate about the game. I知 so glad to have a chance to work and coach with the youngsters in the South Wales area, as I find this really rewarding.

I first met Reeco when I saw one of his courses. I was then given an opportunity to coach alongside Reeco and the other coaches, I did not hesitate to become a coach, I was impressed with his coaching style.

I have been interested in football from a very young age and I still play in the Neath league for Resolven.

I have had trials at Swansea City Centre of Excellence and having benefited from outstanding coaching methods, I am very keen to pass on the knowledge I have acquired.

I really enjoy motivating young players and helping them in any way possible to become better footballers

Regarding coaches there are a lot of coaches out there but the question I asked myself was, out of all the coaches I know, and I know quite a few, who would I want to coach my children, the answer I came up with was Lee, Gareth, Phil Tom, and Luke that speaks volumes in itself.

Once you have seen Lee, Gareth, Phil, Tom and Luke coaching your child you will understand why I chose them.

I feel very fortunate to have 5 dedicated coaches to work along side myself.
